A simple DB storage for the items that are synced.

fixes:
- the prefix in the creatTempFile.
- use the device id for the sync database.
new features:
- alternatives for persistent store handling, like a readonly 
set up for syncsources and an any device and any principal
persistent store. The any stores avoid the adminsitration of
the device id and principal, but do register the used values
automatically.
- added syncsources for different calendar specific formats allowing
to synchronize between different devices that have different formats.
